In the adorably different town of Uglyville, weirdness is celebrated, strangeness is special and beauty is more than skin deep. However, Moxy (Kelly Clarkson) dreams of a world beyond Uglyville and with the help of friends Ugly Dog (Pitbull), Wage (Wanda Sykes) and Babo (Gabriel Iglesias), travels back through the toy factory chute from where superficial ‘perfect’ dolls like leader Lou (Nick Jonas) and Mandy (Janelle Monáe) are tested before they enter the real world to be matched with their ideal child.
